General
Flora & More is an online gift delivery service based in Melbourne, Australia.
We deliver fresh flowers, cakes, hampers, and gifts across selected suburbs.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via our secure payment gateway (Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
We currently deliver to selected suburbs in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, and CBD.
Same-day delivery cut-off times:
Zone 1 (Local): 4:00 PM
Zone 2 & Zone 3: 2:00 PM
Delivery fees apply unless your order qualifies for free delivery (above $150, or first order above $100).
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled 24 hours before delivery will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the order in a safe place or redeliver at an additional fee.
Refunds will only be issued for products that are faulty, damaged, or not delivered as agreed.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details. Flora & More is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
By placing an order, you consent to our collection of personal information for order processing and delivery.
Liability
Flora & More is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, third-party courier delays).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of products or refund of the order value.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
