Refund and Returns Policy
At Flora & More, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products with care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been processed. Please check your order details carefully before confirming.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled 24 hours or more before delivery will receive a full refund.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee, as products may have already been prepared or dispatched.
Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes, and fresh food items, refunds and replacements will only be issued if:
The product is damaged or faulty on arrival.
The wrong product has been delivered.
If flowers are substituted due to seasonal availability, this does not qualify for a refund, as substitutions are made with items of equal or greater value.
Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
The order may be left in a safe place (if suitable).
If redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Refunds are not available for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or lack of access.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).
