1. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery across Melbourne.

Zone 1 (local suburbs): order by 4:00 PM
Zone 2 & 3: order by 2:00 PM

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week (including Sundays).
On major public holidays (Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday), deliveries may be limited or unavailable.

Our drivers will try to leave the order in a safe, shaded place.
If this is not possible, we will contact you or the recipient to arrange redelivery (extra delivery fee may apply).

Yes! If you have a special request, leave it in the order notes at checkout.

If a particular flower is not available due to seasonality, we will substitute it with blooms of equal or greater value.

We are working on adding wine & champagne hampers soon (licensing in progress).

Alcohol orders will require the recipient to be 18+ with valid ID.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and cakes, refunds are only provided if:

The wrong product was delivered, or
The product was damaged/faulty on arrival.
